We're now on Instagram!

I'm not sure why I'm saying 'we'; currently it's just little old me that takes care of this blog. It's the outlet I needed to create after years of posting and sharing information on fast fashion, low waste living, buying organic produce, the importance of questioning where products come from, sustainable agriculture, and loads of other aspects of living consciously in a capitalist world that values the economy and promotes an unthinking throwaway culture instead of one that values the environment and the value of the people that make the products people buy.

I was going to simply link my personal Instagram to this blog, but that would've been the lazy option, and with a blog all about slowing down, living and doing with intention, that didn't feel right. So I've launched The_Independent_Lifestyle and hope you'll follow!

I dedicated a lot of time to getting the Instagram aesthetic right, and I'm so proud with the results. I poured into it the love, care, research and attention and I think it shows. It's here, its live, and I hope you follow to keep inspired, informed and interested in all sorts of things to do with living an ethical lifestyle with balance and pragmatism.
